GIỠ HAO JRANG chapter 5

Giông went toward BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong. Politely he asked:
“BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong what’s happening? Why are you unpleasant? Why do you and they fight? You all make me scared”. Then Giông clever and talented continued.
“I am an orphan. My parent died when I was a child. My grandparent also had died. When I see you, I remember my grandfather. When he was alive, he’s also as huge as you. He also had beard sweeping on ground as you. BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong, the person’s like my grandfather you will not frightened me, will you? You will be kind to me, won’t you”, said Giông.

BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong who was attentively listening answered:
“Oh an orphan bony and weak but honest. No one can’t hate you and no one want to hit you”, said BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong.
Then Giông rubbed on BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong’s back and head. He caressed BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong’s beard. Then gently Giông said:
“You are so strong. Your beard so beautiful. When my grandfather’s alive, he also had beard like you”. Then Giông turned close.
“Do you felt angry? Do you hate me?”, said Giông, “when I rub your back and head, caress your beard?”
“Oh no. I know you a person who love and respect elders. I like you, live your behaviors”, said BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong.
While Giông and BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong were talking, Giông quietly wrapped BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong’s beard arround his hand few times. Then, the left hand kept holding the beard, pulled down and right hand slapped painfully on BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong’s face.
“You don’t know me BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong?” asked Giông when he was hitting BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong, “ I’am GioongTuKrongVongKẽm who is going to fight with you”.
Giông kept talking and hitting. BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong was hit painfully, he struggled and roared. He cried while Giông still held his beard and hit on his face, his ears, his nose and his head. Blood from his mouth, his ears and his nostrils poured out as like a stream but BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong couldn’t do anything more he only roared and cried. His cry made the quiet forest turned noisy.
DamPhan, GiỡHreng, MaKlen, MaJong, GiỡTuKrong and people stayed there couldn’t force themselves not to laugh when they saw Giong hit BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong. Tears and runny spit out from their eyes, their noses.
Later, Giông let BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong, BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong immediately found the way to sit under a ancient tree he gasped. Everybody thought that BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong got scrared and didn’t dare to continue but BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong had different thoughts.
“I’m scared. Course I’m scared but I was the person who started so, though I feel scared, I have to get the end. Keep fighting, fighting untill I get relieved. Fighting for them to realize I, BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong, am not the weak”, thought BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong.
“Hey BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong! The hole you have never held. The nife you don’t know to use. The field you haven’t seen. Rice you don’t know plant. Seeds you don’t have. House you also don’t. You are only around caves. Why do you dare to say the wild longan tree is your? If you want to fight, we will fight with you till you fall down”, said Giông.
Then Giông and GiỡTuKrong called BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong to continue their fighting because Giông and GiỡTuKrong were people if they started, they would continue the fighting until one side fell down.
“Hey BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong!”, said Giông and GiỡTuKrong, “enough, your resting. Continue our fighting until we get rid of enmity, until you forget longans which are picked”. Then BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong stood up and continued he fought with Giông, GiỡTuKrong, and including DamPhan, GiỡHreng, MaKlen, MaJong. Daytime’s also nighttime the fighting took place. They wrestled, punched, kicked and burked the other side. No one of them want to give up so the fighting continued. BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong had many magics and so he started making violent winds. He sent words to Gods.
“God! If I have power of gods. If I more talent than all of people. If that, I call rain, rain will pour down and make GiỡTuKrong, Giông, DamPhan, GiỡHreng, MaKlen, MaJong die of cold”, sang BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong, dancing. As soon as BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong ended his words, rain from sky poured down violently. The rain took place for many days, whole the days though nighttime or daytime. Dark clouds covered whole the sky and sun seemed to disappear. It went dark and cold. People got cold and started trembling. Then, Giông started make winds he sent words to gods.
“God! If a got talent as son of God, I must have power of gods. When I call, winds will appear and dissipate clouds and the rain”. Sang Giông, dancing.
As soon as Giông ended his words, winds appeared and brought clouds, the dark clouds away. The sun showed up and dried everything. All things turned beautiful as if there had nothing happened. Birds started singing, butterflies started flying and bees flew out to find honey.
Giông, GiỡTuKrong, DamPhan, GiỡHreng, MaKlen, MaJong stood up and continued the fighting with BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong. They punched, kicked, wrestled, burked the other side as like the before times. Sometime, Giông and his fellows had advantage but sometime, they lost. No one of them want to give up.
Day byt day, night by night they fought without resting and eating. They all felt hungry and thirsty so GiỡHreng said BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong to stop and go to call beautifull girls who were on ground to bring food to them.
“Hey BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong”, said GiỡHreng, “We are all tired, hungry and thirsty so stop. You go and call girls to bring us food and drink. We will take a break to eat and rest then we will continue”.
“All right!”, said BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong, “I will try”.
Then BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong took his shield and flew away. He flew toward village where beautiful girls were. His voice which called girls was like as thunder and frightened people. He called beautiful girls for a long time but no one replied him there were so quiet after his voice. Later, he came back, brought nothing with him.
“Hey GiỡHreng”, said BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong, “I have gone so far, called many times but no one replied me. No one gave me food and drink”.
GiỡHreng stood up. He shouted:
“You said that you was talented. You said that you had many people to love you but no one gave you any food or drink. Stay here and see I will call beautiful girls to bring food and drink to”.
Then, GiỡHreng took his shield and flew away. He flew toward villages where beautiful girls were. He created thunders before he called the girls.

BiaSơdrăngMatAnar was the first of beautiful girls who brought food and drink to GiỡHreng and Giông. She walked gracefully. Wherever she walked on, the place was lit up. She went to front of Giông and GiỡHreng put down her rattan basket and took out delicious dishes.
