216. Công Chúa Thủy Cung

Ngày xưa, có một nàng công chúa xinh đẹp con của Thuỷ Tề (vua của Sông Biển), một hôm hoá thành con cá bơi ngược dòng sông để du ngoạn. Chẳng may, cá mắc phải lưới của một người thuyền chàị Cá công chuá bị bắt, thả vào gầm thuyền, bị đói cả ngày không có gì ăn. May có người con trai ông thuyền chài ngồi ăn làm rớt cơm xuống, cá công chúa mới khỏi chết đóị 

Trông thấy cô cái xinh đẹp, người con trai chủ thuyền bắt lên chơị Rồi anh tuột tay làm rơi cá xuống sông. Nhờ vậy, công chúa được trở về thuỷ cung an toàn.

Tuy nhiên, từ ngày trở về cung điện, công chuá đâm ra tưởng nhớ đến người con trai ở trần gian đã vô tình cứu mình. Công chuá sinh ra ốm bệnh tương tự Vua cha là Thủy Vương hỏi duyên cớ, công chuá thật tình thưa lại đầu đuôi câu chuyện, rồi xin phép vua cha đội lốt làm người lên ở trên mặt đất để kết duyên vợ chồng cùng chàng trai kiạ

Lúc bấy giờ, chàng trai này đang ở Hang Non Nước, thuộc về tỉnh Ninh Bình ngày naỵ Sau khi cha mẹ đã mất, chàng ngày ngày đi câu cá để sống. Một hôm, nàng công chuá Thủy Cung tìm đến gặp, làm quen, rồi 2 bên lấy nhaụ Vợ chồng tuy sống trong cảnh nghèo túng, nhưng rất hạnh phúc, hết sức thương yêu nhaụ

Chàng và nàng sống giữa hòn đảo Non Nước vắng vẻ, cách biệt đời sống dân gian. Vợ chồng có tình duyên đằm thắm, cho đến ngày kia, thì nàng đưa chồng cùng về thăm Thuỷ Cung. Từ đó biền biệt, không còn ai thấy 2 người nữạ Dân gian ngày nay có truyền câu ca dao:

"Chung quanh những chị em người
Giữa Hòn Non Nước mình tôi với chàng"

để nhắc đến mối tình hi hữu của nàng công chúa con của Thần Nước, với anh chàng đánh cá ở miền Bắc Việt Nam.

Ngày xưa, ở làng Nam-xương có cô gái tên là Vũ Thị Thiết, người đã xinh đẹp lại thùy mị nết na. Nàng lấy chồng là Trương sinh vốn là người cùng làng. Sau khi chồng trẩy được mươi ngày thì Vũ Thị Thiết sinh được một đứa con trai, đặt tên là thằng Đản. Thằng bé sởn sơ mạnh khỏe, còn bà nội của nó vì nhớ con sinh ra đau ốm. Vợ chàng Trương hết lòng mời thầy chạy thuốc, nhưng bệnh của mẹ chồng mỗi ngày một nặng, chẳng bao lâu thì mất. Nhờ có bà con xóm giềng, mọi việc tống táng đều lo liệu chu toàn. God of blacksmiths and blacksmith

Khong Lo, the god of blacksmiths, was the god who had taught people casting and also the go who governed blacksmiths. Khong Lo early realized that not all blacksmiths were good guy so he used to appear on ground and challenge blacksmiths. A street blacksmith who used to shoulder tools wander on street and helped people remold metal things. “Mold pots, mold jars, mold tray, remold metal things”, he cried to let others know he was a blacksmith. The blacksmith was great so he could mold and remold all things people needed in short time. In the time he worked he stayed in house of people who needed him to mold things. When things were molded, he got his money and set off. That was his work. One day, the blacksmith made his way to a fair. He went cross a forest and met a boy who was shouldering tools as he was. As he saw the blacksmith, the stood and bowed his head politely. “Do you see anybody go cross the direction you have passed, sir?”, said the boy. “Who do you find?”...

Tam and Cam

Once upon a time, there had a little girl named Tam. Her mother died early so her father decided to remarry on purpose the stepmother would take care of his little daughter. The stepmother gave birth to a girl, named Cam after that. Then, her father died after few years. Tam had to live with her stepmother and her sister, Cam. Since the time, she was forced to work hard, all housework, while Cam had to do nothing. One day, the stepmother gave Tam and Cam each one a corf to caught fish. GIỠ HAO JRANG chapter 4

Their fighting was very noisy. When their knives hit against the others or hit again shields it rumbled as thunders. The place between sky and ground where they fought was covered by dusts. They wrestled, punched and kicked other by their feet. They burked others by their huge hands. Daytime as like nighttime they fought without resting. Sometime, GiỡTuKrong and his fellows got advantage but sometime, they lost. Long time had passed but they still didn’t find out the winner. BokKiekLaDiaKlaKong clawed on GiỡTuKrong’s face by his pointed hard fingernails but all his fingernails were broken while GiỡTuKrong’s face had no scratch. The Tale of Catfish

Once upon a time, a young monk had led a religious life for 3 years he knew all Buddhist scriptures and was good preacher but he had never become a Buddha. Therefore, he decided go to “Tay Truc” where Buddhas lived to ask them how to become a Buddha. The way from where he lived to where Buddhas lived was very dangerous, distant and each more step as more dangerous but he did give up, still went up to Tay Truc. The journey had taken 50 day, he had been lost may times, been fevered few times but he had been always given help. He went up whenever he had been cured. One day, when he had just landed his feet in forest, the sun had set. He tried to find a place to rest. Fortunately, he found out a home in middle of forest. Knock on the door, he saw an old woman appear. He planned to request for rest but she waved her hand and said: “Go away! Go away! If my son come, you will be killed.”
