Once upon a time, a man named Phong was wealthy. He owned 10 merchant ships which brought goods to every where in the country. Each merchant ship was managed by an underling who Phong trusted.
Ninh was one of the underlings. He was cleaver and worked hard. Therefore, he was the person Phong trusted most. But, Ninh and Phong’s wife had loved the other in long time and course, Phong had not known. Then, they thought about living with the other.
One day, merchant ships were going to set off and they used to come to the shrine (which worshiped whale, a guardian god who protect ships on sea) and made a ceremony to pray for protection. After the ceremony finished, Phong came back home while his underlings and sailors were enjoying the feast. He went alone.
