Bay Giao, Chin Quy
Once upon a time, in Cai-sevillage lived two brothers one was BayGiaoand the other was ChinQuy. Their parent had died when they were child leaving them some parts of field. They were beefy and also wanted to devote their power for their country.
They heard that Binh dinh was land of martial arts so they sold their field, packed then went toward Binh dinh. They found to many masters and had no long time to be great on 18 skills of martial arts.
They they said goodbye their teacher came toward castle. But meanwhile the country was peaceful that they didn't have any enemies so the king preferred mandarins than generals. Therefore, they had to turn back their way to their village. They taught people martial arts to live but it didn’t help them have enough money to fill full their stomach.
Having no choice, at last, they worked as thieves then changed into robbers. They robbed travelers but they only robbed from wealthy people and sometime the separated what they had robbed to poor people they met.
After ten years worked as robbers they were poor still.
“We waited to devote to our country by our power but meanwhile our power were unnecessary. Though, I don’t like this way we are doing now so why we don’t stop and find other job in other place.”,said Chin Quy.

That moment, Con-tau hardly had a foot of people set on that. Therefore, wood grew up very well and were not cut off. All things because where was an abode of a god who had two faithful servants, black tiger and wild boar. Long time ago, the god had sent a notification that any body who wanted to take wood from the forest had to leave a person. Some people ignored the notification came the forest, take wood away but they had not gone out the forest they had killed by god’s servants. Therefore, none dared to step on the forest. Though that was a dry branch none dared to take it away.
Chin Quy and Bay Giao heard the news. They went to Con-tau and muttered.
“We know you are a powerful god that anyone who wants to take wood from this forest has to leave a person. We will give you a person but pray you not take the life away in three years. If you can do that we will be willing to let you bring whoever in us away or both of us.”, they said.
The god heard their words and felt satisfied so the god let them cut wood. They built boat then used it to bring wood which was cut from the forest to market. Day by day, they cut off wood then bring toward market that may of tree had cut off. The forest after years had denuded and the date was nearly coming. They remembered the date so they asked a smith to make two 100-kilo gram-iron rods. They prepared for a fighting.
As the date came they bring iron rods went deep forest and said loudly.
“As we have promised. We come to gave you our lives. Ask your servants come and take them away.”
Then they put off their coat and leaned their back together. The god forced black tiger run out to kill them. Black tiger with its blood fiery eyes showed up from a dark cave. It sprinted toward them jumped up and nearly scalped Chin Quy but very fast Chin Quy dodged and shot the rod very painful into black tiger’s head. Black tiger rolled and tried to stand up after that but it fell down immediately. It dead. The god raged he forced wild boar to appear. Wild boar showed up itself with gigantic body, long white fangs and full fill of foam around its mouth. It sprinted toward them and nearly gored Bay Giao but he dodged and hit into its leg. Its leg was broken but the god gave it more power. It jumped to Bay Giao and bit him. It was very hard for Chin Quy poked the creature away from his brother. They took long time later to kill the rampant creature.
The god couldn’t do any more because his servants had died. Chin Quy and Bay Giao waited until afternoon but nothing happened so they tied two creature, shouldered down the boat and said loudly that:
“God, you have given us fortune that not only you take away our lives but also give us meat. We feel grateful.”
Then they rowed, slaughtered two creatures and separated to others. Then people rumored that the god had lost his power and rushed to live.

Ngoc Hoang, the king of gods in heaven, had a daughter, named Lieu Hanh. Lieu Hanh was fairy who was headstrong and usually didn’t obey rules in heaven.
